Frequently Asked Questions

There is a flat rate for all events held at La Casa Mansion. This rate includes the rental of your desired event space, as well as set-up and tear-down of the event equipment provided by La Casa Mansion. This includes our tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and dance floor.

No! Unless you are hosting an event with guests above and beyond 28, and/or bringing in outside vendors, you do not have to pay an event fee.

• Fully stocked kitchen with seating for 28 guests
• Large wrap around patio with sweeping Lake Okanagan Views and outdoor fireplace
• Laundry cupboard
• Wet Bar

Fourth Floor

• Bridal suite across the roof top deck – this suite has its own kitchen (microwave and fridge) and large bathroom
• Rooftop patio with a sitting area and private hot tub
• 1 additional bedroom at the top of the stairs, prior to exiting to the roof

Yes, there is an elevator, however it will only take you as far as the third floor. Access to the upper (fourth) floor, which includes the bridal suite, roof top deck and hot tub, as well as one additional bedroom, will require using the stairs beside the elevator.
